How to Fill ESIC Application Form 2023?

You can apply for ESIC 2023 Exam through Online mode only. The ESIC Application process comprises of two parts i.e. First part includes Registration and Upload of Photo and Signature and the Second part includes filling the application form and submitting the ESIC application fee. Prerequisites for ESIC Application Process

Before beginning to fill the application form, you need to keep the following documents with you-

• Scanned copies of your photograph and signature.
• Photo ID Proof for Aadhar Number
• Educational Details - 10th Roll Number, Board Name, Marks, Passing year details
• Category Certificates (If applicable)
• PWD Certificate Proof (If applicable)
• PwD Certificate details, if applicable
• Email ID (active)
• Phone Number (valid)

Go through the following steps to fill the ESIC Application Form:

Step 1: ESIC 2023 Online Registration Process

• Go to the official website of ESIC.
• Now, click the “Apply” tab and then “ESIC Link”.
• Carefully enter your details such as your Name, Father’s Name, Aadhaar Number, Date of Birth, Mother’s Name, Email ID, and Mobile Number
• You will receive the OTP on your registered Mobile Number and Email ID. Enter this OTP and click on Submit.
• The system will send your registration number and password through SMS/Mail.

Step 2: Upload Photo and Signature for ESIC Application Form

The next step is to upload the scanned images of your passport size photograph and signature. Make sure the photo/image size is in the following format and dimension. Also, you can use the Testbook Photo Cropping Tool to get the exact size and dimension required for filling the form.

Step 3: Fill the details in the ESIC Application Form 2023

• Carefully enter your personal details, contact number and educational qualification information like (category, gender, nationality, College/University name, passing year, roll number, score/marks and other details.
• Choose at least 3 exam centers in the same region of your preference.
• Select the post name i.e. UDC, MTS, IMO.
• Now, carefully read the declaration, check the “I Agree” box and proceed to enter the captcha code.
• Finally, submit the form to proceed to application fee payment.

Step 4: Pay ESIC Application Fees 2023

• The last step is the fee payment i.e submission of the application fee.
• The ESIC application fees are INR 250 for SC/ST/PWD/Departmental Candidates/ Female/ Ex-serviceman candidates and INR 500 for all other categories.
• You can pay the fee online and offline mode.
• For offline mode: You have to generate offline challan from the ESIC website and submit the application fees in cash and challan at any State Bank of India (SBI) branch
• For Online mode: For online submission of fee, you have to select the payment mode amongst Net banking, BHIM UPI, Debit card or Credit Card and put the banking details in the payment gateway to submit the fees.

Application Status for ESIC 2023

Once the Application form has been filled as per the steps provided in the article above, candidates can view the status of the Application form duly submitted. The Application status can be checked after the closing date of submission. Kindly note that the ESIC will not notify the candidates of the required time to check the application status.
